Do you deliver where I am?

We deliver packages anywhere within the UAE. For people who are in a remote area, far from any city, we may charge additional fees for delivery. The delivery may also take longer.

What are your Hours for Delivery?

Expect your delivery to arrive between 10am and 7pm on any day of the week except Friday. We allocate delivery timeslots first-come-first-served.

How do you Charge for Shipping and Handling?

We don’t have a minimum order value, but we do charge AED 20 for any order worth less than AED 300. This applies all across the UAE.

All the day’s orders are processed by 6pm. If your order comes in at after 6pm, it will be processed the next day.

We do not have any minimum order limits in Sharjah and Abu-Dhabi but customers will pay AE D 20 for orders less than AED 300.

How do I Choose my Delivery Time?

Once you have placed your order, a member of’s delivery team will call you and you can confirm the most convenient time for your delivery to come in.

What if I want to Change my Delivery Time?

Can Someone Else Accept the Delivery on my Behalf?

Anyone who is at the address you have provided can sign for it on your behalf.

What Happens if my Delivery is Late?

How do I Check Out?

After you have added everything you want into your shopping basket, you select ‘Proceed to Checkout’. Enter the details of your delivery and payment as requested, until your order confirmation comes in. You will receive a summary of your order by email.

What Credit/Debit Cards do you Accept?

We accept four payment methods: Credit Cards, Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery & Cheque on delivery . Credit cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard.

If you want to use your Credit Card to pay, accept the Terms and Conditions, and wait to be redirected to our secure payment gateway page. The information you need to have on hand is your Credit Card number, the expiry date of your card, and your three-digit CVV number at the back of your card.

Wait for redirection to your bank’s page and enter the 3D secure password for online purchases as required by your bank. Wait for the page to come back for order confirmation.

Debit Cards: accepts Visa and MasterCard payments. If you want to pay with your debit card, accept the Terms and Conditions and you will be redirected to our secure payment getaway page. Keep your Card number, the expiry date, and the three-digit CVV number at the back of your card on hand. Enter these details and wait for redirection to your bank’s page where you will enter the online 3D secure password. Wait for the page to come back and your order is confirmed.

Cash or Card on Delivery:

Not everyone is comfortable paying online on If you want to pay Cash on Delivery, you can still do that. Have the cash ready with you when our delivery team arrives, and you can pay at the time of delivery at the comfort of your own address. You can pay Cash on Delivery for goods worth up to AED. Cash on Delivery applies to either Cash or Card on Delivery and we only accept AED.

How do I get a Refund from a Failed Transaction?

In case you have an unsuccessful transaction, you don’t have to go through a process to get your refund. It will be reversed automatically, and you get the money back in your account in one working day.

Why do you have a Minimum Basket Charge? wants to offer all our customers the highest standard of service. We may place subject orders to Delivery fees in order to achieve that. The costs of delivering lower value baskets can be unsustainable.

How do I Obtain my Receipt?

The first thing you will receive upon placing your order is an email order confirmation summarizing your order and payment details. Upon delivery, you will now get a receipt and Physical Delivery Note.

After choosing the items you want, add it to your basket using the + icon next to the item.

How do I Remove things from my Basket?

Remove an item from your Basket by clicking on the trolley button on the upper right of your screen and clicking on Remove Icon on the same line as the item. You will have removed the item from your basket.
