What payment methods does hygieneforall.com accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as Cash on Delivery.

I have received an SMS notification that my bank account has been charged even though I cancelled my order. When will I get my refund?

It is normal to change your mind about a purchase. When your bank receives your order, they reserve the amount. We don’t charge your card until your order leaves our warehouse. This means that you have no reason to panic. The bank will put the money back into your account within 15-30 days, depending on how your bank operates.

Some items I ordered were out of stock and you still charged me for them. I need my money!

We’d be concerned too if we were in this situation. The good news is that you don’t get charged for any product that has not been left the warehouse. Credit card transactions have a reserve amount, and your bank will send you an immediate notification about the reserve.

However the reserve amount is not necessarily the same as the charge amount. You only get charged for your shopping basket after it leaves our warehouse. It may take 5-10 days for your bank account to reflect this.
