Any item that is still unused, still in its original packaging, and still in the same condition that it was received in, it is eligible for return.

Each return passes through inspection as soon as we receive it. We notify you by email of the receipt of your returned item. Once the return is approved or rejected, we also notify you by email.

Once we have approved the return, we process your refund within days. You will receive a credit through credit card if that was your original mode of payment. If you used a different payment method, your refund will be processed in the same way.


Late or Lost refunds (if applicable)

If you think your refund might be late, check your account once more and contact your credit card company. Sometimes it takes longer for your refund to reflect in your account.

Your next step should be to call your bank. Banks sometimes have a waiting period before a credit reflects in your account.
